Lose yourself in craft
So it has taken the world turning upside down to get me back to my blog! I have decided to take action and do something during the coming weeks therefore I would like to invite you to craft with me. Just think about taking a little time to lose yourself in an activity where you don't have to think about what is going on outside, just be in the moment with your craft and make a project with me.
I am going to be using videos, they may not be perfect however you will still learn some new skills, techniques and card styles. I will also be providing PDF instructions of each of the projects we make so you will have all the dimensions and details of everything that you will need to recreate each project. That also means if you want to make it again you have the details to hand. So hopefully the only thing you will need to decide is what card and paper you would like to use from your stash.
The card I am going to share with you today is a Four Panel Fold. I used the Painted Glass stamps and co-ordinating dies from Stampin' Up!

The base for the card is cut from an A4 sheet and then the smallest panel on the left is glued in place as a seperate piece which becomes the card front. The card base is scored to create a tri fold and when the fourth piece is added you can trim away the excess card along the top two panels this creates the finished stepped shape.
The back of the card has a panel for writing a message to the recipient. This can be stamped or decorated with a strip of paper.
